Gli switch KVM con monitor LCD di ATEN fanno risparmiare spazio grazie al loro approccio alla tecnologia di commutazione KVM, integrando uno schermo LCD, tastiera completa e touchpad in un singolo alloggiamento 1U. Il CL1308 dispone di un monitor LCD integrato da 19” con retroilluminazione LED e consente di controllare fino a 8 computer con una singola tastiera, un solo schermo e un unico mouse (ovvero da una singola console). È possibile collegare altri 8 switch a cascata portando a 128 il numero totale di computer controllabili da una singola console tastiera-monitor-mouse. Installazione semplice e rapida: è sufficiente collegare i cavi alle relative porte. Lo switch supporta i collegamenti sia USB, sia PS/2 per i computer. Il CL1308 intercetta direttamente l’input da tastiera, evitando così di dover configurare eventuali software. La commutazione da un computer all’altro avviene semplicemente premendo i pulsanti sul pannello anteriore corrispondenti ai LED delle porte, tramite combinazione di tasti di scelta rapida da tastiera oppure via il menu OSD multilingue.
