Mediant 500 MSBR è una soluzione all-in-one progettata per garantire connettività voce e dati e sicurezza per piccole e medie imprese. Come tutti i prodotti Audiocodes MSBR è perfettamente compatibile con qualsiasi scenario di SIP trunking, servizi di hosted PBX o on cloud. Il M500 MSBR ha un'interfaccia WAN che supporta sia rame che fibra ottica ed è compatibile con diversi protocolli DSL come ad esempio SHDSL, ADSL+ e VDSL. Supporta anche connessioni 4G/3G via chiavetta USB. L'apparato è equipaggiato con un access-point WiFi integrato (802.11n). Grazie al Cloud Resilience Package (CRP) e allo Standalone Survaivability (SAS), il Mediant 800 MSBR permette le chiamate tra interni in caso di eventuale perdita di connessione. In generale si tratta di una soluzione efficace per connettere piccole filiali alla rete aziendale (usando reti MPLS o VPN), in totale sicurezza grazie al firewall integrato.
