SmartNode SN-DTA è il dispositivo ideale per portare i vantaggi della telefonia VoIP ai sistemi basati su tecnologia ISDN: permette infatti di integrare servizi di telefonia VoIP SIP in centralini ISDN non predisposti al VoIP, o di estendere le linee ISDN di un PBX in una sede remota sfruttando la tecnologia IP. Il modello SN-DTA/2BIS4VHP/EUI è dotato di due porte NT, e permette di gestire due chiamate voce VoIP contemporaneamente, eventualmente sbloccabili a 4 con licenza cod. SNSW-49V1. Inoltre è dotato di clock ad alta precisione, che ne permette l'utilizzo in applicazioni delicate come possono essere la gestione di servizi DECT o Fax. È il prodotto ideale per chi è in possesso di un vecchio centralino ISDN, ma vuole utilizzare i servizi telefonici offerti dai provider VoIP presenti sul mercato, risparmiando sui costi telefonici senza dover cambiare il proprio PBX.
