Il VP2730 è dotato di OSD e interfaccia utente web semplici e accessibili per semplificare le operazioni per i partecipanti locali e remoti. Per rendere più semplice la condivisione e la collaborazione senza limiti di distanza, il VP2730 consente non di condividere il contenuto video con 5 siti remoti, ma anche di eseguire lo streaming in modalità wireless. E' possibile monitorare e scambiare le risorse in qualsiasi modalità (schermo intero, visualizzazione doppia, quadrupla o PIP) fino a 6 sorgenti visualizzate contemporaneamente su un solo schermo.
