Gigaset E560A è un cordless pensato per uso facile ed intuitivo. Il display molto ampio e la tastiera retroilluminata (con tasti grandi ed antiscivolo) assicurano un'elevata leggibilità. Il segnale ottico associato a ciascuna chiamata consente di non perderne neanche una. Il cordless è dotato di una segreteria telefonica e tasto di chiamata d'emergenza, grazie a cui il telefono compone tre numeri in sequenza da usare in caso di bisogno. Si possono memorizzare fino a 150 voci in rubrica e ci sono 4 tasti di chiamata rapida per le telefonate frequenti. Con un semplice click inoltre si può aumentare il volume quasi del doppio: il telefono è anche compatibile con gli apparecchi acustici conformi allo standard Europeo ITU-T P. 370. Grazie all'alimentatore a risparmio energetico di Gigaset E550A si consuma meno elettricità. Tutti i telefoni cordless Gigaset riducono autonomamente le emissioni di onde radio in funzione della distanza tra base e portatile.
